HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM MOTOR FINANCE CORPORATION (MFC)

I want to share my horrible experience with Motor Finance Corporation (MFC). They wanted me to send them the Confirmation Cover for my car. They increased my car installments without letting me know. When I called them to find out why they increased my installments, I was told that MFC did not get the Confirmation Cover from me. No one called me from MFC to explain what is the confirmation cover and why they want it. All the insurance details were sent to them when we purchased the car. I am very disappointed with MFC and in the future, I will never allow them to finance my car. Customer care does not exist from MFC.
