Horrible Experience

I was in hospital for a month and I didn't get my full salary since I've exhausted my sick leave. I skipped one payment and I'm already being harassed by debt collection agency. I send an email to Keneiloe Tladi on the 8th of January with proof of admission. Waiting for payments from (PHI) incapacity leave and UIF. those things take long to pay. I only returned to work on the 3rd of Jan this year. My account was in arrears before and cleared the amount. I will make sure by February it's up to date. Ive had the car for 4 yrs. I've paid for the car is just interest left. I understand my agreement with the bank but i wish someone could understand my circumstances because Keneiloe isn't human. I'm sorry for saying such but she's difficult to deal with and makes Nedbank a horrible company. My experience dealing with her just gives Nedbank a bad name and it's bad. Anyway, the account will be up to date by the end of February.
