HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

On the 14th of December I was informed that my mother-in-laws vehicle account was overdue and reposession processes were in progress, I tried to intervene and resolve the matter. On the 14-Dec I made a R2000 payment towards the arears which at that point I did not know. I subsequently spoke to Claudette Michael and asked that an official statement depicting payments and the overdue amount be emailed through to my mother-in-law or her daughter. This never happened. I followed up with Claudette a few days later to no avail, telephonically and via email. I logged a query through [Email Removed] and that also was not responded to. Eventually got a call from Sumaya today simply so she can dictate to me what I was told and haven't done. As a customer liaison she should always ask to hear what the customer's issue is prior to taking any side on the issue. She was not willing to listen to my frustration, for a manager her handling of my issue has been appalling to say the least. We now need a copy of the original finance contract but have no idea whom to turn to?? Very sad state of affairs!
