Horrible and unprofessional

<p>On the 23/01/2017 Budget Insurance informed that the settlement amount was received by MFC. On the 25/01/2017 I received an sms from MFC informing me that my credit shortfall insurance will be handled by Bella Rose Lepheane (Ref 01780) and My claim within MFC will be handled by Masentle.</p> <p>Bella from Innovation has never tried update me about the staus of my claim, in fact called it was discovered that she send the documents to the wrong email. At least Thembisile Nkabinde was able to assist me proffessinaly so. Even after the Innovation has MFC Bella never bothered to update me.</p> <p>Same thing happened to Masentle, she has never bother herself to update me. I have send her emails she didnt bother. evn Colin Whyte Anderson emailed Masentle to help me but she didnt call me, until I threatened her to write to Hello Peter THEN she called me. She is so unprofessional, I mean she doesnt respond my emails and doesnt call me. she always tells me that she busy, she works in diaries blah blah blah. I dont think she understand that I am a client too. Last week Thursday I phoned her regarding the status of my claim and she couldnt give me an answer. Yesterday (Monday) I phoned her again and she told me that she is going to do some calculation and refer my matter. It seems like Mutual and Federal has issues with me in 2013 Old Mutual deposited money into my account 6 days after the funeral of my dad.</p> <p>My issue here why am I pushing her to do her job.</p>
