High Interest Rates
I've been a client of MFC for 14 years and had numerous vehicles with them in that time, also never missing a single payment and settled many vehicles in that time which only benefited MFC. I'm now wanting to buy a new vehicle, but the interest rate that I'm currently getting (fixed and linked) is very high. I would like to chat to someone to see if anything can be done about that. I would like to continue my relationship with MFC.

After being a client for 14 years and not missing a single payment and after having numerous vehicles with them, they are unable and unwilling to help me. I'm asking for R100 less on the fixed rate monthly repayment they have offered me. Surely there should be some sort of assistance they can give to loyal customers. Seriously R100.
