Hide and seek with my RC1

A worst vehicle finance I ever came across. I dnt think I will ever use it or recommend it to someone. I have settled my vehicle on the 15th Oct. They promise to send my RC1 with 10 days, 15 days later I called to make a follow up the said they requested the certificate before they closed the account. Fine, we had to do the new request, the promised me 7-10 days. I made a call again after 2 weeks then they said according to their records the call was cut during our last conversation. Surprisingly the had all my details and the claim that they don't do outbound calls should it cut ur discussion, now we had to start again from scratch and wait another 7-10 days...MFC can I have my damn RC1 I don't owe you anything
