Hi I’m having a problem with my extended warranty plan which is innovation MFC I took my car in on the 21st of April at Midbay motors Richards. They were in contact with innovation and submitted the claim which was R12800, innovation requested them to reduce the price which they did to R10400 they then said they will send in an accessor because the claim is over R10000. The accessor claim and assessed the car and I haven’t received any feedback they are refusing to give me rental while my policy that I qualify for me. Can they please hurry up with the claim as well as this is taking too long
