Help me please! MFC/ Satinsky

My husband passed away on the 5th of August 2015. He was one of the 14000 cought in a financing **** backed by Nedbank. He bought a new Nissan np200 bakkie in 2013 from Satinsky/blue lakes. His application was done online and soon after approved. The bakkie was delivered to our home by a driver and a consultant from Satinsky. He rushed through the paper work and my husband signed the required documents for the advertising deal for R699. It was never what they said it would be but we kept to our side of the agreement for a year. 2014 came and so did the collapse of Satinsky and the takeover by MFC. The installment then became R3130 and payable to MFC, R699 deals no longer app****. My husband paid the premiums on the account for almost four years. During this period the premiums increased every year until my husband passed away in 2017. The executor of my husband's estate was notified of all the outstanding balances of the dept my husband had. Nine month's later I get summoned by the magistrate court to pay R80 000 to MFC. It is also stated MFC traced me and that I made an arrangement to deliver the bakkie to them but failed to comply. This is absolutely not true because MFC never even once phoned me or tried to contact me even though my address never changed. They also state that there is no life cover and that is the end of the story. Nothing, no explanation why he had no life cover or proof that he didn't. No detailed balance as to how it's possible to still owe R80 000 after almost 4 years of payments. MFC wanted to repossess this vehicle because it was almost paid off and just over a year's payments left at the time of my husband's death. Please help me to get justice as I feel that MFC mistreated and mislead us from the start.
