Help in regards to my service plan that you recommended

I really cannot believe the audacity of this company, they are a bunch of ******. I don't understand why company like MFC works or agree to such agreement. Have we really become a nation without hearts & only thinking of making money & not care about people's needs or how people are actually struggling out there? I took out a service plan with Innobull through MFC which amount to R11 000 for my nissan magnite. I have only used R5000 till the limited kilos given & yet I am supposed to be ok that I was taken for a ride. Now Innobull tells me the rest is going to admin fees & so.e bull charges that they are not allowed to tell me about. I am so angry cause I have to pay for money that I didn't fully uterlize
