Help

Dear MFC, I've financed 3 vehicles through you. I've sent you a motivation letter to please assist me with a trade in as my itc score won't allow it. However, as a longstanding, loyal client of yours for well over 10 years PLUS I would of thought that a reply to my email would be in order. But no, all I get is radio silence. Im not asking for a luxury car, I need an entry level new car as im a single mom and need to be safe on the road when driving alone with my daughter. Id appreciate it if someone would be willing yo assist me, as I desperately need the help. Please. PLEASE.
