Heart broke by MFC

I was financed by MFC in 2008 when I bought a car from Toyota garage in Witbank. This same car is still owing about R41.000 according to MFC but from Credit Bureaus this account was closed in 2015 27 October but I have paid them until end of May 2017. The Nedbank says I am not owing them. So I need the papers but where to get them? Please help me about to get the papers.
