Harassment

This is one of those instances where the left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. I also app**** for this payment holiday and it was granted. My account, the original contract was extended with another 2 months, due to the fact that I app**** late. Out of the blue, received I a call that my account is in arrears. This came as a shock to me. Now it spilled over to harassment. I'm receiving calls from early in the morning till late at night. The funny thing is that MFC refunded my payment, because the debit order went off after the change of the contract. Today I received a threatening mail, demanding the payment that this institution paid over into my account. Now it appears that I hacked their system and concocted a payment into my personal account. It clearly states over payment as reference on my bank statement. The one person with a clear mind explained me what needs to be done. So all I'm doing is to wait for the right time to go to the bank to do what's needed. I'm on the high risk list for this covid 19. I can't walk out of my front door, into a Nedbank. I do not have that luxury. I sent them a mail, explaining my situation, but no, early this morning it was back to harassment again. Last night one of their call agents put the phone down in my ear. Thanks for customer service, to you. People with dignity and passion for their fellow country people can't find employment, but these uncivilized people must get work.
