Harasment by MFC debt collectors

On the 28th of December I was contacted by an agent informing me that my account is in arrears by 3 installments and I need to bring the account to date as MFC has instructed them to bring in the vehice for storage. I told her that I would pay and I paid R9000 rand left with an outstanding amount of R2000. Now Thos collections agent Rendah Viljoen says she is sending agents to my house to collect the vehicle because my outstanding balance is R6873. When I tell her that I will settle this amount as I dont want to lose my vehicle she tells me that MFC cannot wait any longer and the 26th of this month is too far they need to bring the vehicle in. Bearing in mind that the total outstanding amount is not even 2 months in arrears. In actual fact its R2573 thats in arrears for more than 60 days and R4300 is in arrears for 18 days. I am at home recovering from covid and they calling my work confirming if im in harasing switchboard. This is really dissapointing as I trusted MFC to be with me during this difficult period. Its not like I am running away but it seems as if this Agents get something out of taking away my vehicle by forcing me to sign this Voluntary Handover. Please MFC assist me during this difficult period.
