Handed over to tracing agent for R600 at a cost of R230.00

So the struggle with MFC continues. MFC handed me over to a tracing agent for an amount of +/- R600 at a cost of R230.00.

I fail to understand WHY MFC would hand over an account which is not even 30 days in arrears to a tracing agent. MFC what risk was there for you and how to you justify this.
