Handed over to attorneys without prior notification and payment arrangement pending.

Please refer to original mail below: no feedback has been received from MFC since I sent this mail on 10 September 2021.

In the meantime, R1,000 was debited from my account on 4 October - which I did not authorize (refer to original mail below). I had enough money in the account on 4 November, should this unauthorized debit order go off again and the money was not debited. Now, I have received screenshots of messages sent from HP Attorneys to my previous cell number (082--------) to notify that I have been handed over. No correspondence has been received from MFC's side in regards to this matter and I hereby demand a thorough explanation of the following:

1. Why was no reply sent to original mail below? 2. Why was an unauthorized debit order of R1,000 debited from my account on 4 October? 3. Why has no notice been sent to this email address or the Cell phone number provided on the purchase agreement of the Ford Fiesta in regards to hand over? 4. Why has this account been handed over when NO correspondence was received from MFC?

Attached find screenshots of the sms's received from the above-mentioned attorneys and unauthorized debit order as mentioned above.

This is absolutely unnacceptable and a breech of the credit protection act from MFC's side. Your feedback is to be received by 12h00, Monday 13 December or I will be taking legal steps from my side. This breech of the credit protection act will also be posted on Hello Peter and reported to the credit ombudsman as this is a complete violation of my consumer rights."

I was retrenched and tried to make payment arrangements via e-mail with MFC. I sent them my retrenchment letter and no reply was received electronically or telephonically. The person using my old cell number sent me screenshots where I had been handed over to HP Attorneys, without prior notification from MFC.

Unnacceptable.
