Guidance

I have been dealing with my dads motor Finance from Nedbank MFC, and so far i have dealt with so many professionals and did not encounter any problems. Yes i may not have authority to my dad's information but due to hes condition and the fact that hes still im ICU the people i have dealt with from MFC have shown that theu do care. When i explained my dads situation in regards to finances they granted him a payment holiday and they never gave me any hassles.

On the 14th the Doctor informed me that mu father will no longer be able to walk and was declared Paraplegic. I called MFC to inform them and ask them for advice on what i should do as my father does have an insurance that covers him in event of death or disability.. They were so professional and said they would send me forms to complete and i should send them back.

I did that and i sent all completed forms today. I called to ask if they received them and of they are correct. If any information is outstanding they should please let me know. So i called in to asked them this and now im told that they cant disclose any information with me. Im upset and confused cause firstly how was my dad granted a payment holiday requested be me subjected to all relevant documentation to be submitted. Im running around everyday making sure that all is taken care of.. I lost my mum last year(proof can be provided) and now my dad is ill and i have never filled these big shoes that mu parents are placing me in. Its so difficult to be strong for my sister who tried to commit suicide on the first on February (proof can be provided). Im trying to keep everything in place and here i am trying to cope at school and keep my dads home from falling apart i dont want to fail him. All im asking for is direction cause im totally confused and out off energy im overwhelmed with all this responsibility thrown on me
