Grievience letter

I am so disappointed how things are being handled because of the guy called fani mood.He has not responded to my email and now he send me a court order because he so know my neigbours. If i have person issues with my neiboubours why must he be include. There were no arrangement done he just sent me court order.can this matter be treated fairly as he has no called me nor communicated with me regarding arrangements of paying off an outstanding amount. Debt review put me in this mess and i am willing to sort this out myself as they were paying less amount of money towards my car instalments. He cant send me a court order were as i was paying well for my car.only after debt review that is when things went wrong. Communication is the key he should have called me to find out how i am willing to pay the installment. He then decided to send me to court on what grounds. Check my payments since i was paying for the car i have never missed any payment before i was with debt review.Your prompt response will be appreciated.
