No one at MFC can explain why they are debiting R 800 extra on my vehicle finance. I called and called, instead they are charging me for emailing me stupid default letters and they still debiting the incorrect amount.

How can my statement say my installment is R 3790 yet they debit R 4533???

How is it that no one can explain why they are debiting this amount. The consultants I have spoken to have been nothing but useless. I have requested for a Team Lead to call me. A month later, no one cares.

If you want their attention, reverse the debit order - they will call you and tell you nonsense. I am fedup with this organization and their agents and team leads do not care. In the 4 years of finance with them, I have only dealt with 2 competent staff members - its shocking. I have resorted to lodging a complaint with the banking ombud because I just cannot take the abuse anymore.
