Greedy MFC and Poor Client Service

Greedy division of Ned-bank, I have my vehicle financed with them, when i bought the car I was naive and did not know much so they took advantage and offered to finance me at 15.10% interest, that's being too greedy. Now that i am woke I called and asked for interest rate review and they refused, they don't care about their customers and whether customer is copying during these difficult financial times, worst of all this high interest rate is accompanied by the worst customer service, I have not received a statement since September 2018.
