Great Service from Lauren Marks
I would like to recognize the great service from Lauren Marks a service consultant who went out of her way to help me with my account. She was very calm and listened well to my problem without being rude to me even though i was fuming she managed to resolve the issue efficiently. I appreciate your help Lauren and i hope you extend your excellent service to other clients as well... Danko.
