Great Dispute Resolution

I bought a car from the Western Cape late last year. Upon arrival the vehicle gave us problems and we decided to return it back to the dealer. This request to terminate was done 5 days into delivery, but the dealer chose to ignore our requests. my partner and I then resorted to involving the MFC complaints division on this issue.
