Good & terrible service!

firstly i would like to thank Annalise Hasse, for her outstanding service each time I deal with her, MFC should employ more people like you.

secondly, I was on unpaid maternity leave and had a Zero instalment in place for the period i was on unpaid leave. My first instalment was to be paid at the end of May (which I thought was the last day of May), I receive a letter on the 31st of May 2016 - LETTER OF DEMAND IN TERMS OF SECTION 129 OF ACT 34 OF 2005 for my 1 instalment I was going to pay or rather which I paid on the 31st May 2016, my account was always in advance as I always paid more than I was suppose to. So I get home I receive a registered letter to collect a letter at the post office as well - this is after I paid my instalment, I go and get my husband to collect and guesse what another LETTER OF DEMAND IN TERMS OF SECTION 129 OF ACT 34 OF 2005. This time the letter is dated 1 June 2016 a day after I paid my Instalment.

When I received the first letter I called the person whose signed the letter Thobeka Gunguluzi and her phone went to voice mail, i then called the call centre and they said I must speak t o Thobeka. I then told them her phone goes over to voicemail, they then gave me the number of her team leader Naomi, I spoke to Naomi and she the told me my instalment is 1 day late and was due the 30th. I then told Naomi, I need a debit order in place for the last day of each month. Naomi then takes my banking details and ensures me that a debit will go off the 30th June 2016. Well clearly Naomi also did not do her work properly as NO debit order went off the 30th JUNE, did I not call the call center on the 30 JUNE 2016 I would not have known that NO DEBIT ORDER IN PLACE (Who now has no record of me calling to the call centre of speaking to Naomi, according to her I last called in December 2015) what a joke as my debit charge for changing my payment date reflects on my statement, so either I spoke to a ghost working at MFC and he changed my debit date to the 31st hence the debit charge on my statemnet or.... I dont have another explanation except I actually spoke to Naomi.

So after Thobeka sent me TWO Letters, ONE DAY apart I check my statement and I am being charged for the letters that were sent to me, REALLYY!!!

I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received from MFC, they must really employ people that will actually pick up the phone to call the person or send me an email like use did before. Like I said I have never ever missed a payment and I receive Letters of DEMAND!!!! Also thank you for not setting up my debit order as I requested
