Good day, I am writing this email to express my worry and frustration regarding my request for the refund to my account that was over debited. I have insurance that needs to be paid for the same vehicle and I cannot afford to have any arrears for that.

MFC/NEDBANK over-debited my account on the 27th Jan 26, I immediately called then and they said funds will reflect on Tuesday. I did follow-up on Tuesday still they say funds are still pending. On Wednsaday they said refund has been processed and I will get my money before close of business. The worst part is that no one is giving me an answer to when will i get my refund. MFC/NEDBANK has been giving me run arounds with my money. I have accounts that need to be paid but they are not willing to refund my money that they over debited onto my account. They always say ths matter is scalated but are failing to put me through to the person that is incharge of this. Please help I need to pay other accounts that are due today.
