Going nowhere slowly with MFC

I recently had the unfortunate experience of buying a Pre-Owned vehicle with Springs Nissan.

Long story short, The dealer had to ensure that I was in the same position I was in before I bought the car with them. This meant that they had to settle the faulty car and we had to re-finance the vehicle I traded in. On 17 September the new finance agreement was signed and the paperwork for settling the faulty car was also completed.

3 Occasions my bank account was debited for the amount of my refinanced car, and the settled vehicle. I would then reverse the debit order. I contacted the Dealer Relationship manager at MFC to assist with the matter after the 2nd debit order, but did not hear from him again. After the 3rd debit order I resorted to filing a complaint on the website, only to find that the dealership only settled the faulty vehicle at the end of November.

Having used MFC to finance 4 vehicles in the past 4 years, one would think that I'd be considered a valued customer!! I logged my complaint with them on 3 December. I followed up today, and it is still not resolved! What covers the consumer, in such a case where the dealer does not settle the vehicle?
