getting competent staff is ideal

wow what an *********** service im getting from MFC as no one can assist, hassel, that i want to know a breakdown from MFC debit order . I am being financed by them for my car and also too service plan and power up 3 policy . Now since interest rate has been going up i just want to know how much am i pay for the vehicle with out the additional plans on the side yet they tell me they can't do that for me. now I get called by some lady who was rude enough to drop the call cause i need what i need the breakdown .
