Get sms that no money was paid however the money goes off my salary every month

<p>i get sms stating that no payment was received however on the 27th of every month payment is made as i loaded it on my payslip for it to be paid into nedbank account , i call the number i am been sent around i would like to know what is going on or it is because i have a few more months to go than the vehicle will be paid off, i called Jade and the phone rings and than goes over to busy tone. very unhappy </p>
