Get better business partners

So after having the most patience I just can't keep it in no more and be quite anymore and waiting for a company that does not care about their customers.

Bought a vw polo from Big apple Motors 122- 88 voortrekker road in Parow July 2020 with a salesman Tiaan his manager Russel car broke down Jan 2021 had a case because they refuse to repair the vehicle had a case with Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa and even got a out come recommending them on repairing the vehicle and take responsibility for damage, In 2022 Jan a year after still today sitting without a vehicle and paying instalments every month still the company refuse to repair the vehicle even after a outcome. Not even the Main manager Jerome had the audacity to reach out on discussing the recomendation letter from MIOSA.

Would just want to warn people from thinking of spending there hard earned money think twice and make the perfect decision I would also recommend MFC to send out there staff to assess the vehicle they finance before setting there customers up for hartach and dissopointment.
