Fu#ckn Sh*ty experience, will never recommend anyone to be financed by them.

I called to tell them to do the change in ownership for my car, the lady said the amounts will be added to my installment which i even received 2 sms’s confirmation that the amounts are added. When the last installment went off I received no communication of my papers until i called over a month later and i am told i have not paid. How the hell did i not pay when i was told the amount was added to my installment and i have sms confirming the amount added. Now i am told to pay the amounts in order to get the change of ownership papers.
