Frustrated, Disappointed and broken.

I don't even know where to begin, its a nightmare dealing with such incompetence.

I am currently on debt review and been paying my obligations as agreed. When the Covid 19 pandemic hit SA I was put on a halved salary and could not pay the agreed amount, I contacted my debt counsellor to request a payment arrangement for 3 months and there was no response, then on the 2nd of July I was served with a letter stating that my debt review has been terminated and when I spoke to the person who is handling my file he stated that my request was not sent in time, but I have emails with the dates as proof that I did email them on time and all necessary documents we're attached. Now they want to reposes my vehicle it is so unfair, I even told the consultant that I will be receiving my full salary this month and that I will be resuming payments as per our initial agreement but he was not hearing it. I am down and out with the way they treat their clients I would never refer anybody to such.
