Freeze payment due to unpaid maternity leave

I am currently on unpaid maternity leave, I have sent all the documents required to MFC on the 14th of March. Instead of getting my feedback within 48 hours, I got an e-mail a week later requesting for a document that was already sent on the 14th.

Today, I received an e-mail saying my application was declined because I resigned, this is incorrect and disappointing.

I have never missed even 1 instalment, I have always honoured my obligation.

But I guess this means nothing to MFC, I guess I am just a number to them.
