********** debits from MFC

I have taken up car insurance for my Kia Picanto with MFC, in June 2021. To my surprise i was double debited first for an amount that was double my installment, then another debit for my actual installment, they also debited me for servoces I did not sign up for. I emailed their customer care and an email came through days later telling me they are addressing the matter this was in July, up until today no one at MFC contacted me i eventually reversed those payments. A few days later into August the debit for the incorrect amount went off again. I was then told that I was being debited for ANOTHER CLIENT, WHICH MEANS MY DETAILS WERE USED FOR ANOTHER CLIENT. NOW WITH REGARDS TO POPIA HOW WAS MY BANKING DETAILS SHARED ON ANOTHER CLIENTS PROFILE. Also they are committing ***** by using my account and money to pay for another client. Ive been back and forth with them via the F&I that did my finance. My second debit has still not been refunded to me. No one from MFC has called me or contacted me in anyway, i asked for written confirmation of my details being changed and not used for another client and recieved nothing. MFC IS A ***** AND KEEP TAKING MY MONEY
