My car was repossessed on 2015/05/25. I signed a document stating that the car will remain at Auto Pedigree in Polokwane until 2015/06/17. On 2015/06/10 I managed to pay the arrears, only to be told by Angela Langeveld of MFC Collections, that the car was at Auto Pedigree's storage in Johannesburg, no one informed me that they would be moving it. It was claimed by MFC that I had agreed to terminate my contract with them, I had no knowledge of all of this, also she told me that it is on my account to go fetch the car, which I did. On 2015/06/17 I went to the post office in Polokwane to renew the car's licence, only to be told that they can't help as the car is registered in Johannesburg under an unknown owner, even the licensing department couldn't help. I then called Angela Langeveld again who told me that now I have to take the car for a roadworthy test and change the registration again. It was my right to be informed that they would be moving the car but they didn't. I want the registration process to be on MFC/Nedbank's account as they are the ones responsible for this mess, also to reimburse me for the money spent on getting the car back to Polokwane.
