I been having a finance with MFC. I ask them to change the way for payment and date. My date was the 10th of every month. And my installment was R4754.15 a monthly. Unfortunately I never been paid that amount. I been paid R5,000.00 every month. On May when I come back to SA I call them for settlement. By that time my balance was R17,579.82. MFC mention big amount. I was shocked what kind of installment that not reduced as much as I paid big amount monthly. Then I decided to continue with my installment as usually.

June I paid R5,000.00 as usually. My balance drop down again to R12,579.82, MFC ad R69.00 for service and vat the balance come up to R12,648.82. July I paid R6,000.00. Balance becomes to R6,648.82 plus R69.00 for service fee and vat balance comes to R6,717.82. The day I was calling them which was by the end of July they mention I have adjustment for R1,672.13 because of I paid my account correctly. I remember only 2 names which I been dealing with them.

Carolina and sivuyiwe or sivuyile something like that. All they been telling me difference stories. But the last person which is that sivuyile he bee explain me properly. Exactly like what I understand. He said as my was like this he will adjust this R1,672.13 to my balance. Then I can phone again after 3to4 days to request settlement. He estimate settlement will be plus m**** R4,00.00 to 4,500.00. I did as he said.

The person I got she told me my balance was R6,845.61. When I asked how comes now is increase. Instead for R6,717.82. She said system add areas Automatically which increased with R125,63 extra. I asked her again to talk that R 1, 672.13 to adjust it. The lady said already that R1,672.13 paid my last installment. My question is as I paid extra installment every month but my installment still not reduced. Is what MFC making extra cash to the customers

How many customers MFC having. ***** them daily basic. To I paid the last installment for R6,717.82 the one I know but Nevertheless next week I will be JHB. I’m going to their offices I want them to explain to me while I’m there. If no explanation I call news. And I will make sure the world knows them to all social media and network. May be lots of people will comes frond. Because this **********. When you supposed to finished Credit for them they increase one way. My refund I need it back no matter what. We tired with ******.
