Francios Du Plessis of MFC Intimidate and Harresment

I have made arrangements for payments , yet yesterday a very rude and unproffesional Francios Du Plessis pitched up to say that he is there to collect my car after arrangements has been done. He is insistend that he needs to collect my car after I tell him that I'm making arrangements. I phone MFC spoke to Samantha whom I informed to confirm amount outstanding I recieved a ref number and wrote down the date and time spoken to her. When I phone Francois Du Plessies very rude and unprofesional again.

This morning 30.08.18 he phones me again asking me where I'm as he needs to collect the car - yet after arrangements made yesterday afternoon with MFC . It then tell him that I'm on my way to the bank and he wants to know what I'm doing at the bank and that he is on his way to Nedbank as well , I request from him if he has papers to show me that he can collect the car and he informed me that it is non of my business 'As infact account 1st needs to be handed over to attorney to get fees before vehicle can be collected"

I will be making a case of harra*****t and ************ agains Francios Du Plessis as I have a witness to his harra*****t and ************.
