Fools not debiting my account and shift a blame, stupid

These stupid fools suddenly stopped debiting my account second time now, no 1 is responding as to why they did not debit the account, a call center agent called and said he can't assist, what a fool. I want to know why was my account not debited again, for the second time. I asked you to remove the debit order and you've advised its impossible I need to write a letter. So why didn't you debit the account??
