Fluctuating installment

My monthly installment has increased by R200 in 2 months. I have been requesting a resolution or explanation for thus since the 4th of June 2021. I have had numerous conversations with various call centers. Please can someone tell me what's going on. I need to understand the change sine I signed for a fixed installment
