Flagged for settlement

Hi I was offered a settlement on my vehicle in beginning of 2021, whereby I settled the amount agreed on my vehicle - I have now been flagged for some reason and am unable to get finance with Nedbank due to this - This was an offer which was given to me, why is my account being flagged because of a deal that was offered to me?I cannot get through to anybody to assist with this matter
