Fixed arrangement not granted

As I have explained to you that I was in hospital, I’m still recovering and due to recovery i was not able to work with the car for business and also had to cover for medication groceries and other essentials, I still wasn’t granted a fixed arrangement. I know I have not been keeping up to my arrangements because of financial difficulties. Due to a recent health crisis, I was admitted to Madadeni Hospital and spent a significant amount of time in the ICU, battling several health issues and depression. As a result, my financial situation has deteriorated considerably, and I am struggling to meet my monthly loan repayment obligations.
