Filthy service from MFC

Very bad experience, MFC you guys are ****mers, I'm trying to settle my car financed with you guys, I generated a quote on the 10th of November and paid two lump sum amounts now I want to pay the difference, the difference between what was quoted on the 10th and what is quoted now is R10k how? You refuse to give me a refund because I did not ask for the lump sums to be allocated towards anything. I will be laying a formal complaint to the ombudsman if you guys do not resolve this, trying to make extra bucks off your clients and ripping us off.
