False accusation

Mfc has listed me. Netbank has frozen my account with no reason given to me,, write now i cant evn open any account, i was told that i have apply for vehicle finance with false documents but no one has explain the whole story am every sad cuz i dnt knw who to tlk too to reaolve this issue mybe someone has use my document to apply with
