FAILURE TO PAY A REFUND TO CLIENT

I have settled the car that was financed by MFC. I have about R15.200 due to me; a refund of the January instalment which should not have taken place. I received an email that confirms that my account has been closed. When I call MFC about the refund I was told it would be paid in 7-10 days. The responsible person is never available. I am frustrated.
