Failure to adhere to TCF (Treating Customers Fairly)

I contacted MFC to confirm if my debit order is for the current month or the next month, too which they said yes, when I asked for this in an email, they refused to provide proof in email.

This is in contravention of the TCF regulations defined by the FSCA, principles of disclosure. Customers are provided with clear information and kept appropriately informed before, during and after point of sale.

I was refused clear information.
