Failed debit order with funds available on account and account in arrears even after arranged payment

Kudos to you MFC - my account is in arrears after a failed debit order tgat i made countless follow ups as to why even though i has fun on my account - made payment arrangement but my account is still in arreas and the payment arrangement went through from account but my account is in arrears. No one feela a need to update me on my profile - my service plan is also affected and my car is due for service any day from now. Bo one still feels any feed to give feedback. Horrible service.
