Failed debit order resulting to arrears account with available funds for debit order

2 months now with same story - my account being in arrears, no debit orders made, funds available for a debit order had to make endless calls to find out why with no solid solution. MFC used to be the 1st Debit order to go through except for the month on March and April. Im being told a team leader will call ne back since they working from home - till today no team leader not manager called me regarding ny situation. Was told to make a follow up call a day before the initial debit order to which i did and was told everythibg is fine to my surprise -debit order didnt go through. Great. If possible i would rate the service 0.
