Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability from MFC

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from MFC.

Since 2 July, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue regarding my insurance confirmation and the cancellation of my debit check. I have followed up multiple times and was assured by a consultant that the system had been updated. However, I was still hit with a debit check for R8,000—far more than my normal instalment.

What’s frustrating is the complete lack of proper communication. I’ve done my part, but every time I call, I’m told something different. MFC says one thing, then does the opposite. It’s incredibly stressful and has disrupted my finances unnecessarily.

After seeing so many similar complaints here, I’ve completely lost confidence in MFC’s service. I’m now considering moving to another financing company because this is simply not right.

This level of service is unacceptable!!!!!
