Extremely Disappointing Service and Incompetence

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I’ve received from this company. I attempted to give my wife consent to handle the re-negotiations for our vehicle finance settlement, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff’s lack of professionalism and incompetence is truly shocking.

Even after seeing the extremely poor review score, I hoped things would be different, but I am still in disbelief at how poorly we’ve been treated. The process of trying to get assistance was frustrating, and it was clear that the customer service team lacked the skills and willingness to help resolve our issues.

They are purposefully avoiding helping and dragging out the process because they know that if they continue this way, the client will eventually give up and just pay the settlement amount.

I’ll admit, I’m so frustrated at this point that I would gladly pay just to be rid of them once and for all — and that, I believe, is exactly what they want. The lack of care and the sheer manipulation of the situation is beyond disappointing.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. They clearly have no regard for their customers or their concerns, and I’m left feeling completely unheard and unassisted.
