Expect no feedback - wait months for NATIS papers !!!!

Worst experience ever trying to get my NATIS documents from MFC , i was surprised initially how easy it was to request the papers (via the APP) , then the nightmare began ... heard nothing for a few weeks , then got a email saying we have a service to offer you to transfer ownership for you (at a cost) , i rep**** and declined and said i just want the papers . anyway a few weeks later Nothing , i call the call center to follow up and was told they waiting for me to pay the cost for the transfer services (that i declined) , was told ok sir we understand and are sending you the papers .. two more weeks - nothing call call center again - was told they have no knowledge of my request and are sending papers again .. two weeks go past again .. NO feedback - call call center again , was told oh yes sir papers were sent to you a few days ago .. i said ok i got no feedback and was told yes you wont get any feedback , really !!! i can buy a chockolate on Checkers 60/60 or something on takealot or any other courier based service and get progress messages all day long ... MFC does not communicate/ feedback , its a black hole - you might get you papers - maybe ??? asked aganet to please review systems to either just drop a email / sms / whatsapp - let me know progress - you have the info because it cost me money to call you and ask .. so please speak to your customers - for sure you would have called me if i missed a payment , but a 5 year loyal paying customer is obviously not important to you anymore because the car is paid off !!!!! PATHETIC !
