Excellent Manager! Needs a raise :-)

I called MFC to investigate the details of my account being in arrears. Spoke to 3 different people and the lady allocated to my account, Thandiwe Mkhwa**** was of no help and could not wait to transfer me on even though she was in scope of work and was actually able to assist me. I hope she is taken up for her lazy and apathetic attitude!<br> Mokoni called me back, as promised. I did not expect a call neither did I expect one so soon. He answered all my questions proficiently, gave me the help and advise I needed.<br> Truly was a pleasure working with him. He will now be my direct contact with the organisation - should he be let go for any reason I will no longer be doing business with MFC.
