Excellent Comunication Skills

Good afternoon I would like to compliment Nicoleen Davis with the excellent way she assisted me in sourcing my vehicle registration paper. At the time when I paid my last installment I had a total nervous breakdown and requesting registration form of my vehicle was never on my mind. She was so kind and explained everything to me and what I appreciate is the fact that she took no offense when I speak my home language Afrikaans. She carried on and ensure that I understand. It really is a big deal when somebody explain something in English my second language... Well done Nicoleen Davis.
