Everybody.
Good day, To whom this may concern I would like to put another review about mfc, definitely not a good business to deal with, think they are the law,,,October,1st,2019,Got vehicle finance from mfc,was not aware about any virus or any lockdown. From the first payment which started on 1st December 2019until March 2019, payments went well, till lockdown came. So,I started making arrangements, sending emails, receiving phonecalls from mfc workers, making proper arrangements over the phone, telling the people I will let them know when I get back to work and make arrangement for payment.Every arrangement was accepted until I have let mfc know that I am back at work, then trouble started,29 July I started to work, early August let mfc know I am back at work, which I should not have done,I have expected honesty from mfc,but instead a mfc worker phoned me and demanded payment immediately, which was not possible, because, which business pay their workers in advance? definitely not where I work,I also had to take a paycut in order for me to keep my job.So i decided to go for debt review with debt grip,,then they took over my account, September 2019,23rd, payment went off,on October 2019,23rd, payment went off, then I filled in another form of debtgrip because mfc wanted more money,so I signed the papers, giving permission to take more money, stating that the money must go off on the 30th of each month.Everything went well, until fnb decided to reserve money for an account which I have cancelled a week before the time, who gave fnb permission to do so,my accounts is my own concern, not anything to do with the bank.Ithen realised 1st of December that the account did not go off, contacting debtgrip, spoke to a woman,Kyla, asked her for banking details in order for me to transfer the payment to debtgrip.Debtgrip did not even try to contact me in connection with the payment, waited for me to sort things out.Now is my Question, why did mfc not then take the vehicle back, waited specifically for December 21st to take the vehicle? Now,what I understood from debtgrip, when I finally got hold of a person, she said to me mfc is not allowed to do so,but also because they were on holiday then she can not help me.23rd December, another payment went off from my account, which I have accepted. So, eventually I started receiving letters from a guy called Gregory Rossouw, threatening to sell the vehicle, then a woman by the name of Esmeralda contacted me,telling me they gonna put the vehicle on auction if I do not pay the arrears,so I said she must do what she want, she was not happy with my answer and said with my attitude she cannot help me.Some days later a woman by the name of Dania contacted me,saying she is not happy with the way Esmeralda treated me over the phone, she also said that she gave instruction that the vehicle must be taken off the auction and must be kept in the store, because she is investigating this case.(never got any feedback)Monday,26 of April,2020,I received a call from a debt collector, saying I must pay my accountwith mfc and I said I am not interested, seen that my vehicle was taken back by mfc already 21st December,so I cannot pay for something I do not have, because mfc made the wrong decision, not me.Today28 of April,I received 6 letters, all the same, threatening with legal action if I do not pay R97 000.I will be waiting now for legal action...
